Jovus and TheMarkets.com Announce New Partnership

17 November 2008

Jovus, Inc., a New York-based software firm specializing in research authoring and publishing, and TheMarkets.com, a leading provider of research, estimates and workflow solutions to the buy-side, announced today a new cooperative partnership to streamline broker research and estimates distribution over their platforms.

Jovus Research Pro, a comprehensive authoring, publishing, and distribution system for equity and debt research, will now include TheMarkets.com as an available research distribution channel. By adding TheMarkets.com to its roster of distribution channels, Jovus makes it a straightforward process for its clients to distribute research to the over 2000 buy-side firms that are clients of TheMarkets.com.

“Joining Jovus’ network enables us to take a step out of the process for brokers to begin distributing their content over TheMarkets.com,” said Peter Epstein, Head of Contributor Relations for North America at TheMarkets.com. “We’ve always been committed to streamlining the workflow of our buy-side clients, and, as we build relationships with brokers directly, that commitment extends to them. Now, every broker partnering with Jovus can quickly and easily join the hundreds of brokers contributing their content to TheMarkets.com.”

“Jovus constantly strives to make our research software a more useful tool for analysts,” said Geoff Hoefer, President of Jovus. “Adding TheMarkets.com to our list of available distribution partners will save time for those firms who wish to distribute their content through this valuable delivery platform.”
