Satuit opened the conference with a welcome from CEO, Karen Maguire as she discussed the company's growth and future strategies for the products, services and support. She also shared statistics on SatuitCRM international growth marked by the fact that 38 percent of current customers are offshore users working in 26 countries. Maguire also touted the benefits and growth of SatuitCRM's hosted services. Currently, 75 percent of Satuit's customers have more than one location and nearly 90 percent of all customers use Satuit's hosted services, which provide convenient access to company CRM resources for dispersed teams and remote users
"This has been a great year for Satuit," said Maguire. "We have added dozens of customers and hundreds of users to the Satuit family. Our growth and conference attendance are evidences of just how far we have come, and how much our solutions are helping companies around the world with their customer relationship management needs."
Among the many highlights of the conference was the client-led panel discussions that featured Deborah Forbes of Munder Capital Management and Sonia Keeves of TD Asset Management Inc. Their discussion focused around how administrators can successfully increase adoption of SatuitCRM and help the company continue moving in the same direction. The panel also provided tips on how to use SatuitCRM consistently and broadly across the enterprise.

Throughout the conference, clients shared their experiences with SatuitCRM and were offered insights into a variety of topics from SatuitCRM experts. Among the topics covered during the conference were how to get the most from your team's CRM strategy; how to use standards-based single sign-on solutions to give users more secure and convenient access to SatuitCRM; and how to streamline and manage marketing and client communication campaign processes.
