Siperian Announces New Executive Appointments

San Mateo, CA - 16 July 2008

In support of the company’s continuing growth, Siperian, Inc. - developers of an industry leading master data management (MDM) platform - today announced the appointment of Ravi Jagannathan as vice president of Product Management and Randy Roggensack as vice president of North American Sales. In these functions, Mr. Jagannathan is responsible for identifying requirements for new and existing products and overseeing the Company’s product direction and roadmap; Mr. Roggensack is responsible for the development, management, and support of all North American sales.

Ravi Jagannathan comes to Siperian with over 20 years of product management experience in technology companies. More specifically, he brings to Siperian expertise in the definition, development and deployment of enterprise data management, data integration, and packaged data warehousing/business intelligence infrastructure and applications. Prior to Siperian, Mr. Jagannathan was head of Product Management at Kickfire, a startup company that builds next-generation database appliances. His career has spanned individual contributor and management roles in engineering and quality assurance, technology, product strategy and management, and professional services across companies including Digital Equipment (DEC), Oracle, Broadbase, Acta Technology, Agile Software and Exeros.

Randy Roggensack is a recognized sales leader with a long history of achieving consistent, multi-million dollar, enterprise sales to Global 1000 companies. His proven track record and experience managing and growing sales organizations for enterprise software companies has enabled him to negotiate and close deals at senior executive levels across a variety of vertical industries. Prior to joining Siperian as VP of North American Sales, he was regional vice president of Sales for Oracle Corporation (formerly Agile Software Corporation) where he achieved success in selling Product Lifecycle Management applications. Previous positions include vice president of Sales at OutStart Corporation, senior VP of Sales for The Cybrant Corporation and BaaN Company/Aurum Software, director of Sales Central Region for Dun and Bradstreet Software and VP of Sales for Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
