New York - 10 January 2008

NYFIX, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NYFX) a trusted provider of innovative solutions that optimize trading efficiency, today announced that as a result of its successful 'Commission Day' on January 8, NYFIX has raised in excess of $100,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a world-renowned institution dedicated to the research and treatment of pediatric catastrophic illnesses. This is the third year NYFIX has designated a Commission Day to benefit St. Jude and the second time more than $100,000 has been raised.

"We are extremely grateful to NYFIX and its clients for continuing their tradition of giving with us," said John P. Moses, CEO of ALSAC/St. Jude. "These types of events enable us to provide unsurpassed patient care, and the money helps support St. Jude and its work as a global leader in pediatric oncology research. Most importantly, we can ensure that no child is ever turned away because of a family's inability to pay."

"We're proud to support such a wonderful cause and to further strengthen the special relationship that has been established over the years between St. Jude and the Wall Street community," said Brian Carr, CEO of NYFIX Millennium LLC. "We would also like to recognize and thank our clients again for their continued support in this effort."
