PerTrac Financial Solutions, LLC, announced today that Jeff S. Hendren has joined as managing director and global head of sales. He replaces Daniel Simpson, who will remain an active member of the Board of Directors. PerTrac provides investment industry software solutions including its flagship PerTrac Analytical Platform and PerTrac CMS, its popular investment management, investor relations and capital introduction workflow management system.

Mr. Hendren brings more than a decade of successful business building and sales generation to PerTrac at a time of accelerated global demand for the firm’s products. Most recently, Mr. Hendren was executive vice president, global sales and marketing for Instant Information, Inc. Previously, he was vice president of major accounts, Reuters America PLC, New York, and also held senior sales and marketing positions at Northsound Music Group and Newell Company.

Gerry Mintz, president and CEO of PerTrac, said Mr. Hendren joins the senior management team and will be responsible for further development of the firm’s global sales force to increase new sales and meet existing client demand for additional products and services. The sales staff currently consists of 18 professionals in seven offices worldwide. “We are pleased to welcome Jeff to our team and are confident that his sales expertise and talent will further enhance our sales and distribution capacity and further accelerate the growth of the company,” said Mr. Mintz.

Following its acquisition by Insight Venture Partners and its acquisition of Whittaker Garnier, PerTrac has grown continued to grow dramatically in 2007. The company’s combined product offering now has more than 2,000 clients with more than 13,000 users in 50 countries. All departments have seen staffing increases in 2007, with the global services team, including account management, support and implementation adding the most staff. In addition, the product offering was expanded in 2007 with the addition of PerTrac Portfolio Manager.
