London – 6 March 2007

Princeton Financial Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of State Street Corporation and leading provider of investment management and accounting systems and ASP services for global institutional investors, announced today that it has been named Software Provider of the Year at the Global Pension Awards 2007. The awards took place at a ceremony held 26 February at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

“We are thrilled to receive this honour. I would like to express my gratitude to all our pension clients who have placed their trust in us,” said Jim Russo, president and CEO at Princeton Financial. “Receiving this award speaks to the strength of our products, the talent and dedication of our staff, and the commitment we have to our global customers.”

Additionally, Global Pensions also awarded Princeton Financial Systems’ parent company, State Street, Custodian of the Year. State Street is the world’s leading provider of financial services to institutional investors.

The aim of the Global Pensions Awards is to recognise the best service providers in the industry. Nominees were collated from a survey of over 8,000 Global Pensions readers worldwide. The nominations were passed to the distinguished panel of 26 international judges, made up of key decision makers within pension funds and their consultants, who voted for the winners. The panel was chaired by Scott Anderson, the publisher and conference producer of Global Pensions who commented, “Congratulations to Princeton Financial Systems for winning what was a very hard fought category. Their hard work has been recognised by our global community of pension fund readers.”
