Aviva’s U.S. Headquarters selects the AdminServer Policy Administration System

AdminServer system to provide a common platform for Aviva’s U.S. annuity product family

AdminServer, Inc. announced today that Aviva’s U.S. headquarters has selected the AdminServer Policy Administration System as the company’s common platform for annuities. The implementation is currently underway and on track to support a family of 23 annuity products as well as a new enterprise service bus (ESB) for Aviva in the U.S.

The decision was prompted by the recent merger of AmerUs Group Co. with a subsidiary of Aviva plc, resulting in the opportunity to establish a standardized annuity business process on a single platform to ensure consistency of service and effectively manage operational costs.
