Legal Services Commission selects Admerex’s CWX Collection Software

23rd March 2007

ADMEREX Limited [ASX:ADL], the provider of credit and collections systems, today announced that the Legal Services Commission (LSC), headquartered in London has selected CWX to replace its collections system.

LSC will install Admerex CWX, one of the world’s leading credit and collections software packages, to improve collections and recovery rates while increasing efficiency in the collections department.

Richard Houlbrook, Receivables Manager, LSC, says “We needed to upgrade our existing collections system and ran a restricted tender process to procure the best solution for our needs.

“Admerex CWX was the clear leader in the selection procedure. It offered rich functionality and a high degree of flexibility which allows system changes to be made internally at a business level.”

With an emphasis on reducing their reliance on both internal IT and suppliers, LSC will deploy Admerex CWX as an ASP solution. This will allow them to securely log into the system remotely.

Kim Goodall, CEO, Admerex, adds: “We are delighted that LSC has chosen Admerex CWX after a comprehensive selection procedure. Admerex is pleased to offer the LSC a straightforward upgrade path from its legacy Talgentra system. Advocating self sufficiency, we are able to drive down the cost of ownership of our clients’ collection systems through the rapid implementation and modification of CWX. With its flexible rules management and reporting, the market is increasingly recognising the magnitude of the ROI achievable from Admerex CWX.”
