Latest Release Features Advanced Architecture and Improved Functionality

AMS Services, the leader in insurance agency automation, today announced the release of AMS Producer Plus, a stand-alone, software solution designed to assist producers in the sale and retention of commercial accounts. The newest release of AMS Producer Plus, formerly PS4 Plus, is built on the industry's most advanced architecture, Microsoft SQL Server and the .NET 2.0 framework to provide enhanced scalability and faster agent response time. AMS Producer Plus also contains new functionality including security enhancements, improved client search capabilities and more flexible form-editing functions.

AMS Producer Plus is the most powerful commercial lines sales product available. In just a few minutes, agents can review a client's business operations, analyze their coverage and underwriting needs and be fully prepared to present a proposal for coverage. With AMS Producer Plus an agent can become an instant expert on more than 650 different types of business using industry profiles, risk exposure questionnaires, ISO general liability classifications and coverage checklists. The system also helps commercial lines producers properly assess risk and ask the right questions of the client. Agents using AMS Producer Plus benefit from the use of more than 850 ACORD® forms, e-mail submission directly to underwriters, submission tracking and access to custom proposal templates and a library of more than 1,300 coverage definitions.

AMS Producer Plus is built on Microsoft .NET to give agencies the benefit of a rich user interface (UI) and easy integration with other solutions. AMS Producer Plus also utilizes Microsoft's SQL Server to provide more reliable storage, enhanced scalability and excellent security to help build their commercial business quickly to gain a competitive advantage.

The new release of AMS Producer Plus features a new UI that is more user friendly and interactive with task panes that dynamically display information. Security has also been enhanced allowing for additional configuration options for access. Forms now allow the user to cut, copy, paste and clear sections of data while the visual form editing function uses colors to highlight fields that require attention. The client lookup feature is now more powerful with searching capabilities that allow the user to search any part of the client's name, address and phone number as well as by agent, account manager or modified date.
