Bill Pay Product Is One of the Most Advanced on the Market

Fidelity National Information Services,Inc. (FIS) announced today that Warren Federal Credit Union has signed a multiyear contract for FIS’ Premium Bill Payment and Presentment.

Headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyo., Warren Federal Credit Union serves more
than 27,000 members. The credit union, which boasts 97-percent member
satisfaction with its services, is adding FIS’ Premium Bill Payment and Presentment to the service offerings.

“Many of our members are on active duty with the military,” said Steve Salazar, chief communication officer of Warren Federal Credit Union. “FIS’ Premium Bill Pay and Presentment provides them with a secure and convenient method by which to receive and pay bills and manage their finances online.”

FIS’ recently enhanced Premium Bill Payment and Presentment service enables financial institutions to offer state-of-the art, on-line functionality, including single-screen access to all account information, e-mail alerts and payment reminders, electronic bill viewing and multiple payment options, direct pay and due-date settlement features.
