The new Swift Reporting Tool provides users with web based access to all their incoming and outgoing Swift messages and enables on-line or printed reports and analyses to be created for all aspects of the Swift operations relating to the user firm and its clients. The Swift Reporting Tool allows the user to analyse the on-screen data based on any aspect of the message (e.g. status, sent/received, date of settlement etc). Additionally, it highlights duplicate or incomplete messages.
The Swift Reporting Tool can also be used to examine client feedback, compile statistics, optimise communication processes with counterparties and consequently, to cut costs. It is an ideal additional module to complement the existing ADP Swift Service Bureau, by offering customers the possibility to document, check and optimise their Swift communications.
