Harris Bank Extends Application Management Services Contract with Fidelity National Information Services New Contract Provides for a Six-Year Outsourcing Extension

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – 24 January 2007

Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), a leading provider of processing and technology solutions for financial institutions worldwide, and Chicago-based Harris NA recently signed a six-year extension of a contract under which FIS provides application management services for Harris’ U.S. banking operations.

Under the terms of the agreement, FIS will continue to provide application management and development for the full suite of Harris’ financial applications, which includes the full Systematics® suite and TouchPoint® Teller.

Harris and FIS have been strategic partners since 1994. Harris, a subsidiary of BMO Financial Group, utilizes FIS software to manage its core business applications.
