Parsippany, NJ – 30 January 2007

SunGard today announced that Global Finance magazine has named SunGard’s AvantGard as the 2007 Best Treasury Workstation and Best Accounts Receivable solution. This is the third consecutive year that SunGard’s AvantGard has been selected for these awards, offered by Global Finance as part of its Treasury and Cash Management Banks and Provider Awards.

“We are honored to be recognized by Global Finance. These awards reflect SunGard’s commitment to providing its customers with innovative solutions for sustainable liquidity management,” said Ken Dummitt, president of SunGard’s AvantGard business unit. “AvantGard delivers more than just technology. Our holistic approach includes process consulting and ongoing optimization services aimed at helping our customers achieve maximum return on their investment. This long-term view of customer satisfaction helps to foster collaboration and sharing of best practices among our customer community.”

The Global Finance Treasury and Cash Management Banks and Providers Awards identify the banks and providers of products and services that consistently improve transaction processes to help speed collections and reduce risks. The award recipients are selected by Global Finance editors, with input from industry analysts, corporate executives and technology experts.

“In today's competitive global economic environment, treasurers need the best tools and advice available to help make capital work harder than ever,” said Global Finance publisher Joseph D. Giarraputo.

A variety of subjective and objective criteria was used for selecting the winners. Factors considered included: industry leadership, technology innovation, profitability, industry reach, customer service and competitive pricing.
