Peach launch new Corporate Compliance Cost Reduction Certification

London - 1 Aug 2007

The CEO of Peach, a compliance, risk and change management company in the UK, today announced the release of this unique certification scheme for companies, to help with their compliance.

The certification is based on the Author’s 34 year-experience and know-how that have helped blue chip companies and government agencies to save or increase revenue by an estimated 250-300 million US dollars.

As an example, for the IMS – Institute of Management Specialists – QCR3000ä – Quality Compliance Cost Reduction methodology has been expounded and training course developed based on past successful projects of Peach. QCR3000ä embraces among other things and integrates elements from other successful and proven methodologies concerning the initiation, embedding, implementation and delivery of a new successful compliance mandate within the company. This includes an education campaign and training for both management and staff and incorporation into the psyche of individuals that compliance is not more than ticks in check boxes, and it must be linked to KPIs – key performance indicators. The technique comes in 15 modular steps and is easy and simple to implement. As the name implies, QCR3000ä combines quality, cost-reduction and compliance delivery, all in one, which is a key requirement for companies worldwide. Like all other Peach methodologies, no special software is involved; it’s all based on Microsoft Office applications.

The Institute of Management Specialists in the UK accredits Peach’s proven and successful techniques and training courses. IBM and other blue chip clients have hired Peach to examine their products and services and ways to improve them. After fit-gap analysis, identification and rectification of shortcomings, Peach helps their clients to attain their goals with its unique techniques, and subsequently certifies the products or services as ‘fit for purpose’.
