FINEOS Corporation, a global provider of innovative enterprise software solutions for insurance, bancassurance, and social insurance, today announced the successful go-live of the FINEOS Claims system at White Horse, the insurance subsidiary of the My Travel Group. White Horse will use FINEOS Claims as its travel claims management and payments system. The FINEOS system was implemented in an aggressive timeframe of less than six months using the FINEOS Go-Live-Fast implementation methodology. White Horse will begin achieving its business case immediately.

White Horse is owned by the MyTravel Group, a multi-national travel group. The FINEOS Claims solution will enable White Horse to handle the entire range of travel claims management from intake and processing, to reserving and payments, including medical expenses, cancellation/delay, loss of personal effects and winter sports. Before White Horse moved the operation in-house, claims management was handled by outside third-parties. FINEOS Claims was selected following a rigorous review of the leading property and casualty claims management solutions by White Horse, a process overseen by consulting firm, Deloitte.
