Respond achieves Microsoft Certified Partner status

21 September 2006

Respond, the UK’s leading provider of complaints, feedback and customer service software, has been awarded Microsoft Certified Partner status. This accreditation is an endorsement of Respond’s credibility as one of Microsoft’s leading business solutions partners in the UK and enables Respond to exploit Microsoft’s technologies in the most innovative and effective manner so that customers can benefit from the combined value of market-leading products.

Respond is positioned as a leader in enterprise complaints and feedback management solutions in a number of Microsoft’s target markets including financial services and the public sector. Based on the Microsoft platform, Respond's complaints and feedback management solutions help businesses capture and process all customer complaints and feedback and then use this information to boost productivity, enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in the business.

“Only companies that have demonstrated high levels of customer service, proved their experience and attained advanced certification receive the designation of Microsoft Certified Partner,” says Karl Noakes, Director of Partner Development Group at Microsoft. “Today, Microsoft recognises Respond for its skills and expertise in providing customer satisfaction with Microsoft products and technology.”

Respond’s head of business development, Lou Valdini, comments: “Our Microsoft Certified Partner accreditation enables us to continue to enhance the solutions we provide to our customers and allows us to achieve greater product and technical innovation. It also offers us the opportunity to engage with Microsoft’s technical experts at an early stage in our product development to ensure we take full advantage of the rich functionality in the Microsoft platform. As Respond is deployed as an enterprise solution, the scale of such deployments helps endorse Microsoft SQL Server as a truly enterprise-class database management system.”

The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in December 2003 and represents Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The Microsoft Partner Program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognises partner expertise, rewards the total impact partners have in the technology marketplace and delivers more value to help partners’ businesses be successful.
