GIE Synergie consolidates eight Crédit Agricole regional banks (Ile de France, Brie Picardie Oise, Val de France, Nord-Est, Lorraine, Alsace Vosges, Franche Comté and Pyrénées Gascogne). Following the installation of a prototype, the eight regional banks should be using the BPM solution based on the Global 360 software before the end of 2007.
G360 Case Manager is a process automation and content management tool based on the notion of the 'electronic file', which allows the company to manage, modify and adapt its processes in an autonomous and simplified way, to respond more rapidly and efficiently to its business objectives. G360 Case Manager also includes Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tools for analysing and optimising processes according to the objectives that the company has set itself.
Synergie's objective is to offer customer advisers and the back office easy access to customer files, notably allowing them to adapt the services offered to real needs. Moreover, the customer will also be able to access the information contained in his or her file via the internet.
The desired solution had to be integrated in a simple way into the existing infrastructure and interface with the existing architecture. The Global 360 solution specifically responded to the level of technology required.
Claude Henry, Deputy Development Director of GIE Synergie for Crédit Agricole, says: "Global 360's expertise and customer references in terms of Business Process Management were paramount in our choice. Not only does their proven solution respond perfectly to our needs, but Global 360 will also bring us the service and product expertise they have developed: their consultants are monitoring our progress for the duration of the project, and training our teams. What's more, the Global 360 solutions are used by other regional banks in the group, who are totally satisfied with it".
Didier Zimmermann, Commercial Director of Global 360 France, says: "Crédit Agricole Synergie wanted to be able to offer its clients an optimum quality service as quickly as possible. This large-scale project, in terms of the subjects dealt with, both for us and for the Crédit Agricole banks represents an important challenge in optimising the bank's activity".
