Ben Mastropieri Joins Xcitek® as Sales Executive for XSP™

New York, NY - 23 October 2006

Xcitek®, the leading global provider of market data, Corporate Actions software and consulting services, announced today that Ben Mastropieri has joined the company as Sales Executive for its flagship software solution, XSP™. Mastropieri will be responsible for expanding the client base in North America while managing global accounts.

Based in New York, Mastropieri will report to Brendan P. Farrell, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, XSP, at Xcitek.

Mastropieri brings over 10 years of experience in business development and sales within the financial services industry with a heavy focus on new business and account relationship management. Prior to joining Xcitek, Mastropieri was a Strategic Alliance Manager at Reuters America servicing the Trust, Brokerage and Equity & Fixed Income market segments. He has also worked at Interactive Data where he held both individual contributor and management roles including Senior Account Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. Mastropieri was responsible for identifying, planning and executing sales and marketing strategies with channels and the direct sales organizations to maximize revenue generation.
