Accuity Announces First Customer for Global Payment File for ERP Systems

Skokie, IL – 13 October 2006

Accuity is pleased to announce Sun Chemical as the first customer to use the Global Payment Fileâ„¢ for ERP (GPF-ERP), an extension of the highly effective GPF product specifically designed for integration with ERP systems.

Sun Chemical, the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments, is a leading provider of materials to packaging, publication, coatings, plastics, cosmetics and other industrial markets. With annual sales approaching $4 billion, Sun Chemical has over 12,000 employees supporting customers around the world.

“We are proud to have an industry-leading, global company like Sun Chemical as the first customer for GPF-ERP,” said David Leverenz, director of product management and development for Accuity. “Soon other businesses will come to recognize the efficiencies that can be gained by deploying an Accuity payment solution within their ERP systems.”

Accuity’s GPF-ERP will assist Sun Chemical in streamlining vendor payment processing, optimizing cash aggregation and facilitating payroll operations with a comprehensive, easy-to-use solution, which allows for the simple maintenance of payment code information.

GPF-ERP contains bank routing codes and other payment and remittance information for 90+ countries and territories as well as complete SWIFT/BIC coverage. The file is updated monthly to provide the most current information, and changes are clearly marked for easy identification. With GPF-ERP, the data elements are structured in a way that supplies an institution’s routing code(s) and associated SWIFT/BIC – a single record contains all of the necessary information to validate payment instructions.
