Quadriserv Inc., a pioneering provider of price transparency and efficiency to the securities lending industry, today announced two significant additions to its technology team. First, Sergei Poliakoff will join Quadriserv as its chief information officer, providing leadership as the Company continues to introduce its core securities lending technology to hedge funds, as well as an expanding base of counterparties. Poliakoff brings to Quadriserv 20 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions for electronic and traditional equities trading, equity derivatives, telecommunications and retail banking.
Quadriserv also announced that Frank Campbell has joined the Company and will work closely with Poliakoff as manager of technology operations. Campbell was previously a vice president of information technology in Morgan Stanleyâs prime brokerage group.

Most recently, Poliakoff, in partnership with a former executive from Deutsche Bank Equities, formed a consulting firm, Union Square Advisors, which provided advisory services in the areas of electronic execution, prime brokerage and securities lending. Prior to Union Square Advisors, Poliakoff served as global head of execution services at Deutsche Bank Equities IT, leading a global IT department. He was previously global head of portfolio trading technology at Deutsche Bank. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Poliakoff was a senior vice president at NatWest Securities and was with Morgan Stanley for eight years, serving as a vice president and project manager in equity derivatives. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Poliakoff held IT-related positions with AT&T Bell Labs, Citibank and Instinet Corporation.
Poliakoff holds a MS from New York University, Currant School of Mathematical Sciences and a BS in Computer Science from Brooklyn Polytechnic.
Campbell spent six years at Morgan Stanley and was most recently a vice president of information technology. He was the system owner responsible for an industry-leading prime brokerage performance measurement application that received wide acceptance in the hedge fund community. Campbell received a BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University, London.
