Adobe Systems Inc and Tradocs today announced that they are working with HSBC to commercialise the SWIFT TSU. HSBC are using Tradocs Trade Services Utility Connector (TSU) Suite that leverages AdobeÂ® LiveCycle Engagement Platform and the SWIFT Trade Services Utility enabling the delivery of a common messaging format and increased levels of automation to the global supply chain.
Alan Beattie, Global Head of Supply Chain at HSBC said: âWe have successfully piloted Tradocs connectivity to the SWIFT TSU on a fully integrated basis. The development work undertaken by Adobe and Tradocs have enabled HSBC to be ready for live TSU operations in partnership with the SWIFT roll out.â

The Tradocs TSU Connector suite is enhanced through the integration of Adobe LiveCycleâ¢ Forms, Adobe LiveCycle Workflow, Adobe Reader Extensions, Adobe LiveCycle Barcoded Forms and Adobe LiveCycle Policy Server.

A boxed pilot solution is available to Sibos attendees at the Adobe booth A27. This is upgradeable to live operations in line with the full launch of the TSU service by SWIFT.
