Respond opens new offices in London and Dublin

13 March 2006

Milton Keynes-based Respond, the leading provider of enterprise complaints, feedback and customer service software, has announced the opening of new offices in London and Dublin.

The opening of the London office reflects Respond’s commitment to the financial services sector. Respond has significant market share in the finance industry and with many of the UK’s major financial institutions headquartered or significantly present in the capital, a London office will provide more direct support to customers in this sector. The London office is located in the heart of the City in Tower 42 on Old Broad Street.

As a centre of commerce for Ireland, the opening of the Dublin office demonstrates Respond’s commitment to the Irish market and is a logical move following recent successes in this territory. The Dublin office is located in Ballsbridge, an upmarket suburb of Dublin in the heart of the city's commercial district and close to banking and financial institutions.

Commenting on the new offices Respond CEO James Heavey says: “The enthusiastic take-up of our technology among leading organisations has resulted in a period of significant growth. We are delighted to be able to extend operations into London and Ireland to better service these key markets.”
