Denza Joins Tradeware Sales Team

Signals Ongoing Build of Client Management Group

(New York: February08, 2006) - Tradeware Global Corp., the leading broker-neutral solution provider for electronic access to 58 equity markets worldwide, today announced the appointment of John Denza as Senior Sales Representative, responsible for sales in the South region. Denza will report to Cody Callihan, Vice-President and Director of Global Sales.

Prior to joining Tradeware, Denza was with Revere Data, selling to both institutional and broker-dealer accounts. Previous to Revere, he was Managing Director at NASDAQ, responsible for strategic accounts. He also served as Senior Sales Representative for Island ECN, responsible for both buy-and sell-side sales. When Island was acquired by Instinet, Denza became a sales representative for Instinet’s ATS.
