MILWAUKEE, Feb. 27, 2006 - Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI), today announced that PyraMax Bank has converted to Metavante's Integrated Banking Solution for fully outsourced banking technology services. With more than $430 million in assets, PyraMax Bank is headquartered in southeastern Wisconsin.
