KAS BANK NV appoints ADP Investor Communication Services for Global Electronic Proxy Voting Service

February 22, 2006 -- ADP Investor Communication Services (ADP ICS), a division of Automatic Data Processing’s (NYSE: ADP) Brokerage Services Group, announced that KAS BANK NV will commence live operations with ADP ICS’s electronic proxy services for worldwide markets from March 2006.

The service enables clients, through ADP’s ProxyEdge® range of software tools, the ability to virtually eliminate paper from the proxy voting process from notification through to vote execution. The platform supports multi-language operations and also includes several independent sources of proxy voting research and advice from third party providers that support integration of their material on the platform.

“The appointment of ADP ICS’s global proxy voting services is undertaken following a significant, in depth, evaluation process. KAS BANK NV is confident that ADP is the provider best equipped to complement KAS BANK’s ideals of service excellence within the custody market,” said Ronald Buisman, Head of Custody Services, KAS BANK NV.

“We are delighted to welcome KAS BANK NV as a client of ADP and look forward to enabling KAS BANK NV to reach the goal of providing exceptional global proxy services to their clients,” said Bruce Babcock, President of ADP Investor Communication Services, Europe and Asia.

In 2005, ICS Global processed ballots representing approximately 829 billion shares across 69 markets using its fully electronic platform.
