PROVIDENT BANK AND WSFS BANK JOIN NYCE

New Mid-Atlantic members expand relationship with Metavante, adding thousands of cardholders and hundreds of ATMs to the NYCE Network

SECAUCUS, N.J., Feb. 13, 2006 – NYCE Corporation today announced Mid-Atlantic based financial institutions Provident Bank and WSFS Bank are new members of the NYCE Network. Combined, the financial institutions bring 350,000 cardholders and more than 240 ATMs to NYCE, a Metavante Corporation affiliate and leading U.S. debit card payments network. Metavante is the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI).

The Provident Bank agreement adds 260,000 cardholders and over 240 ATMs to the NYCE Network. In addition, Provident Bank signed a long-term financial account processing contract with Metavante, which will continue as its financial technology service provider. With $6.4 billion in assets, Provident Bank is the second largest independent commercial bank headquartered in Maryland. It serves individuals and businesses in the key urban areas of Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Richmond through 152 offices in Maryland, Virginia and southern York County, Pa.

Provident Bank also taps Metavante for consumer bill pay and Internet banking; financial account processing; customer relationship management (CRM) tools including the NuEdge marketing automation suite; and numerous electronic funds transfer and card products and services including: automated clearing house (ACH), ATM driving, credit and debit card processing, prepaid cards and merchant processing.

Adding 94,000 cardholders to NYCE, WSFS Bank, the $2.7 billion asset subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WSFS), has retail banking offices in all three counties in Delaware, as well as offices in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Metavante products used at WSFS include financial account processing; consumer and business Internet banking; debit card processing; consumer bill pay processing; and CRM tools, including the marketing automation products and solutions of NuEdge Systems, which is organized within the Metavante CRM offering.
