Bravura Solutions strengthens senior management team with key people from acquisitions

Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) - a leading supplier of wealth management applications and professional services – has strengthened its senior management team, with the appointment of key people obtained from the recent acquisition of the Rufus Software Business.

Mr Andrew Chesterton has been appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer - EMEA. Andrew has over 23 years of experience in the finance industry, working with many leading financial organisations in a development and operational capacity.

Andrew joined the Retail Funds Software House in 2000 where he began as Head of
Development and was promoted to Head of Operations and Support after nine months. He was previously responsible for Custody and Treasury development teams at SG Warburg.

Following a brief secondment as Head of European Project Office, Andrew returned to Retail Fund Services at The Bank of New York in 2003, as Head of London administration operations. In November 2003 he took on additional responsibility for the Edinburgh operations team and its clients. In August 2006 Andrew returned to the Retail Funds Software House to take on responsibility for Client Facing Technology Services. He now becomes Chief Operating Officer, EMEA for Bravura Solutions.

Mr Bill Hookings has been appointed to the position of Head of Product Development (Rufus GTA). Bill has over 32 years of experience in the IT industry and has been involved in developing major mainframe, minicomputer and client server systems.

Bill has played a significant role in establishing Rufus GTA as one of the leading Transfer Agency systems across Europe, with a key focus on the provision of a high level of STP. He is now responsible for defining the future direction of the Rufus system.

Mr Steve Williams has been appointed to the position of Head of Strategic Sales - EMEA. Steve has been with Bravura Solutions for more than three years, as the UK Country Manager and has secured a number of UK financial institutions as clients this year.
