In the report, Celent examines the cash management offerings of eight vendors, including Bottomline Technologies, Corillian, Digital Insight, Banklink and P&H. According to Celent, companies were evaluated using a framework that shows the relative strength of each vendor in four
categories: Advanced technology (A), Breadth of features and usability (B), Customer base (C), and Depth of financial institution (FI) services (D).
"Our research concludes that Online Corporate Cash Management is a buyer's market with most vendors vying for business across a broad range of financial institutions. Fundtech is among a handful of vendors that have made their mark by offering a strong combination of advanced technology, strong features, usability and services to a large number of financial institutions. Celent believes the true trendsetter moving forward will be usability; banks will need to choose a vendor that can provide their valued corporate clients with the strongest ease of use and best user experience," said Celent Senior Analyst Jacob Jegher.
"The Celent vendor analysis is a major distinction for cash management software products. Across three dimensions (ABD), Fundtech stands out as the leader, having scored the highest in each dimension," said Michael Sgroe, Fundtech's President and COO.
