The main purpose of the forum was to introduce modern solutions in the sphere of banking operation automation as well as to give an opportunity to the participants of the forum to share the experience on software products implementation.
In this meeting the Forbis Company was represented by companyâs CEO Andrej Zujev who made a report to the issue of âIT Architecture for Retail Businessâ. Mr. A. Zujev underlined that modern retail technologies in the banks should apply a wider range communication means, i.e. mobile phones and e-mail.
The modules of the FORPOST information system are able to fully provide the banks with such services for their customers. For example, FORPOST Mobile Banking enables the customers of a bank to manage their accounts and operations on their own with the help of SMS or e-mail and it also enables to get information on the balance or account replenishment immediately.
In the FORPOST Application Entry & Processing module there are realized interfaces between information systems of state insurance, corporation registry, inhabitants registry, real estate register, debtors administration, data base of credit risks. It was also marked that a characteristic feature of the FORPOST system is that it allows creating the customer-oriented IT architecture of retail business.

Other representatives of various regional banking and financial organizations also took part in the forum.
