Everett F. Lang, Securities Industry Leader and Innovator, Joins ITP Corporation to Lead Business Development

New York, April 3, 2006 – ITP Corporation, the New York-based provider of customizable trade processing services to the securities industry, today announced that Everett F. Lang, former President and CEO of National Discount Brokers (NDB), has joined the company as Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Lang will be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities related to strategy and growth.

Mr. Lang brings with him more than 25 years experience in financial services. In 1993, he joined NDB, directing it from start-up to the nation’s seventh largest discount broker in four years. In 1999 he joined Wit Soundview, an innovative investment bank that initiated and delivered the concept of online IPO offerings. Everett served as President of Digital Trading, an after-hours trading platform.

Most recently Mr. Lang served as Senior Managing Director at Banc of America Specialist and was Executive Vice President of Fleet Securities Inc., whose parent FleetBoston Financial merged with Bank of America in 2004.

Mr. Lang has also held the position of Chairman and CEO of BT Brokerage Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust New York Corporation. Before joining Bankers Trust he was employed at Colonial Penn Group, Inc., Metropolitan Property & Liability Insurance Company and the University of Virginia.

Mr. Lang holds masters and doctoral degrees from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.

ITP also announced the following appointments:

Michael J. Desmond as Managing Director of Sales.

Mr. Desmond brings more than 15 years experience in execution, clearing, relationship management and sales. Mr. Desmond formerly was employed at Neuberger Berman in the correspondent clearing division. At Neuberger Berman, he was responsible for sales, account management and their turnkey office solution. Prior to Neuberger Berman, he held positions at U.S. Clearing, a division of Fleet Securities, Wexford Clearing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Securities, as well as ADP Investor Communications Services.

James Muentener as Senior Vice President, Administration

Mr. Muentener is responsible for administration, corporate finance and human resources at ITP. Before joining ITP, he served as Corporate Controller at royalblue financial (Fidessa) where he was responsible for revenue recognition compliance in North America. Previously, Mr. Muentener spent nine years in public accounting, specializing in corporate taxation before joining royalblue.
