Attunity Expands its Partnership with Oracle with the Validation of its Stream Change Data Capture (CDC) Solution with Oracle® Business Intelligence Warehouse Builder 10g

Attunity Stream expands Oracle’s market reach in the ETL and Data Warehousing markets

Attunity, Ltd., a leading provider of enterprise-class Integration Platforms for real-time and on-demand data integration, announced today that it has validated its Attunity Stream to provide real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) with Oracle® Business Intelligence Warehouse Builder 10g, Oracle’s extraction, transformation and load tool. The combined offering will be able to deliver data integration solutions to customers with mainframe connectivity and real-time CDC requirements.

The Attunity Integration Suite (AIS) complements Oracle’s strategy for providing customers with a comprehensive platform to efficiently and cost effectively develop, deploy and manage highly scalable decision support systems using Oracle infrastructure software. AIS, which supports standard interfaces such as ODBC and Web Services, will enable Oracle customers to incorporate mainframe, iSeries and other legacy and application environments as part of an enterprise-wide information solution. This strategic foundation allows for quick and real time adaptation to changing business conditions and faster time to market with new products and services. Together, Attunity’s data integration offerings along with Oracle Database 10g and Oracle Business Intelligence Warehouse Builder 10g will deliver a solution for simplifying and accelerating a variety of integration initiatives.

The offering will allow companies that rely on mainframe and other legacy systems to reliably integrate Oracle Business Intelligence Warehouse Builder 10g with Attunity’s real-time CDC technology and help build a strategic foundation for improved business operations.

“This is an expansion of our strategic partnership with Oracle. It considerably extends Attunity’s market reach through Oracle’s various distribution channels and expands its market share in the data integration sector,” said Itamar Ankorion, Attunity’s Director of product management. “Oracle and Attunity have realised that real-time and on-demand data access have become imperative for organisations looking to capitalise on new business initiatives that require advanced data integration and real time data access. With these compelling solutions, customers benefit from ease of use access to any data through standards-based industry interfaces.”
