Exchange Systems Technology Limited (EST) the leading supplier of multi-asset clearing and risk software and services has announced a new management structure.

Adrian Weekes has joined EST as CEO replacing Rob Lowry who now becomes Chairman. Brian Ash, Director of Business Development has resigned from
the board.

Commenting on these changes Rob Lowry says, ‘As part of our rapid expansion plans and on the back of a very successful year the board of EST has decided
to appoint Adrian who has spent over 25 years within the IT industry in a variety of roles in large US organisations as well as smaller UK technology companies. My new role will allow me to support Adrian and the management team to take EST to the next phase of growth. Sadly Brian Ash has decided to pursue other interests and on behalf of EST we would like to thank Brian for his invaluable contribution over the last 3 years, a period that has seen EST become a major force in the financial services software industry.’

On his new appointment Adrian Weekes comments, ‘EST is a great company with a very bright future and I am delighted to become part of the management
team to help the firm meet its true potential. We are using the successes of the last couple of years to build a platform for rapid growth. The Eclipse range of products are the most technically advanced in the back office sector and in this arena of legacy applications more and more institutions are looking to change and take advantage of a new STP model.’
