Bodman of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), and Robert Kaplan of State Street Corporation (State Street) to its Board of Managers. Omgeoâs Board of Managers is a vital part of the on-going governance and industry oversight of its organization. The eleven members of the board are responsible for representing
the interests of all Omgeoâs clients as decisions about strategy, governance and operations are made.
Taylor Bodman is a partner of BBH, a privately-owned banking and investment firm. He leads the development and sales of technology applications and related services that enhance the movement, record keeping and information management of financial assets. Bodman manages several client solution-oriented business units among which are BBH InfomediaryÂ® Services, offering modular outsourcing of middle- and back-office functions to global asset managers; Fund Solutions, providing execution, custody, and messaging services to institutional buyers of onshore and off-shore investment funds; and BBH WorldviewÂ®, an on-line information portal.
