McIntosh is responsible for all marketing and product management activities, business development and market research and branding.

Prior to joining HedgeStreet, McIntosh served as Executive Director, New Products, for AOL. In eight years with AOL, he developed and launched AOL Bill Pay Service and AOL Certified Mail and led key advertising revenue efforts for AOL Personal Finance and Netscape. Previously, he headed the development and launch of WashingtonPost.com, one of the first successful websites launched by a major metropolitan newspaper. McIntosh began his career in 1989 at Warner Lambert Canada managing brands such as Dentyne and Rolaids.
McIntosh holds a BA from Queenâs University in Canada, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Dubilâs career spans financial services and academia, including positions as Director of Risk Analytics Technology and Senior Strategy consultant for Merrill Lynch, and Director of U.S. Fixed Income Options Trading and Quantitative Analysis for Union Bank of Switzerland.
Dubil is currently Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Utah and holds a Certificate in EEC Law & Economics from Tilburg University, Netherlands; an MA (ABD) in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School; and an MBA in finance/ statistics and a PhD in finance from the University of Connecticut.
