BenXL Call Center TM software to take employee calls and administer
complex pension plans. The software can be modified to tie into any other software application of the BenXL software suite (Pension Administration System TM, Participant Center TM, Retirement Planner TM, and Plan Setup TM). The call center technology is also compatible with most underlying relational databases and any human resource or payroll system.
BenXL was founded in 1989 by a group of pension actuaries and benefits consultants and grew quickly because its software met the need for customized benefits administration solutions. In 1999, the system was ported to the Web allowing access over the Internet, Intranets and Extranets. Clients include the largest plan sponsors and administrators in the country.
