Tinton Falls, New Jersey: May 11, 2005. IntegraSolv Corp., a leader in real-time management of high volume trading networks, today announced a successful integration of its Owlâ„¢ enterprise wide monitoring with Cameron Systems' CameronFIX engine.

IntegraSolv provides global financial services organizations with real-time business service monitoring and control solutions designed to support mission-critical trading applications. Owlâ„¢, the core system, was developed by a team of former Bell Labs engineers for financial institutions looking to minimize or eliminate manual interventions and gain unmatched functionality for end-to-end fault and performance monitoring of applications, systems, servers and networks from a business service perspective.

IntegraSolv and Cameron Systems have integrated their products enabling the CameronFIX engine to be monitored by Owlâ„¢ using the industry standard JMX management standard. This integration allows customers to set up unified monitoring across multiple CameronFIX, proprietary and other engines for a unified view of FIX connections and adjacent trading and order routing applications. Large New York brokerage firms have already taken advantage of this latest offering.

The key Owlâ„¢ capabilities include health and performance monitoring of infrastructure and applications, exception management, root-cause and historical trend analysis. Owlâ„¢ also provides business impact and service level management capabilities.

In addition to value in FIX management, Owlâ„¢ will extend management to the broader set of transaction processing components including order management, position management, market data, and exchange connectivity. The clients can see trends as they develop, quickly assess the business impact, evaluate, and execute a problem avoidance and recovery strategy.

The high performance CameronFIX engine delivers greater FIX trading efficiencies to the thousands of institutions it connects globally for access to global markets, high availability, low latency, integrated compliance, monitoring and exception management.

Cameron Systems' Commercial Director, Martin Koopman, states: "We were introduced to IntegraSolv by a joint customer who has taken advantage of Owlâ„¢'s rich tools in monitoring applications and order flow enterprise wide. We found their staff and products excellent to work with and look forward to developing further products together."

"IntegraSolv is pleased working with Cameron Systems to provide real-time application and business service management capabilities to the high volume transaction networks in the most demanding environments. Having Owlâ„¢'s direct instrumentation embedded in the highest performing engine in industry in record time speaks volumes of the quality of IntegraSolv's software," says Arthur Frankstein, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for IntegraSolv. "In the immediate future we are looking to bring our joint customers the robust combined service."
