Methodware appoints a new Director

Past Deputy Chairman of Lloyd’s of London joins Methodware Ltd

March 3rd 2005. Methodware is pleased to announce the appointment of John Stace to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr Stace is joining Methodware as a non-executive Director.

Mr Stace brings a wealth of global business experience to Methodware; he has served as Deputy Chairman of Lloyd’s of London and was a founding member of the Lloyd’s of London Market Board. He was the first CEO of Angerstein Underwriting Trust (now called Amlin plc), the largest quoted Lloyd’s dedicated insurance company. Mr Stace retired as Vice Chairman of Amlin in 2004. He is currently chairman of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise U.K and Ireland Beachhead initiative, a Vice President of the U.K Save the Children Fund and a trustee of the Tank Museum in Dorset, U.K.

Commenting on his appointment to the Board, Mr Stace said, "I am delighted to join the Methodware team; the company has grown rapidly in recent years and is now an acknowledged global leader in the field of risk management software.
