The WUI has been customised to access the bank's Olympic back office system. This allows users to place online front-to-back orders, fiduciary and transfer trades. A variety of customised views allow for rich, flexible and user-friendly displays of client information.
The next phase of the project will include the implementation of the Relationship Manager features: online alerts and the multi-criteria query (MCQ), both of which are subsets of Odyssey's Client and Portfolio Modelling component. Portions of Odyssey's new Collaborative Advice & Contact Management and Client Data Management components will also be included in the next phase of SG's project.
