Mar 2005, LONDON

London, Mar 2005: E2E infotech, providing innovative solutions around the Orc System, announces interface to Sophis Risqué system for Orc Customers. This interface was developed for a joint Orc and E2E customer in London and has been live for the last 3 months.

The interface provides real time trades from Orc to flow to Sophis using E2E integration frame work and Sophis CORBA interface. This interface will help those customers who intend to use Sophis as a central risk management system and want to make use of extensive electronic market interface and front office trading capabilities of Orc.

The interface for Equities and Futures trades is live for 3 months and interface for options trades is currently being tested. In the next phase, E2E is working on providing interface to create instruments in Sophis as and when they are created in market, thereby removing the need for manual intervention and making the process straight through.

Providing integration to back office, risk management and middle office systems to Orc customers is one of the vision of E2E infotech and this interface is one more step in this direction.
