Fidessa Workstation sales team strengthens

LONDON – 8 June, 2005 – royalblue (LSE:RYB) today announced that Terry Coutts has joined the Fidessa Workstation sales team as a business development manager. This hire comes to further empower the already award winning sales team and increase the Workstation’s uptake in the UK and in Continental Europe.

Former senior account manager at Reuters for 14 years, Coutts has worked with a number of large City financial institutions in the provision of market data, Triarch infrastructure, data feeds and various software applications. Coutts’ career also spans over a variety of trading roles with Credit Suisse Buckmaster, Mabon Nugent (inter-dealer broker) and Laurence Prust & Co.

Simon Barnby, Head of Strategy for Fidessa Workstation, comments: "Having worked at Reuters for over a decade and being a trader for many years, Terry really knows the markets, the participants and the traders’ needs. His appointment will help us to significantly increase the Fidessa Workstation’s presence in the marketplace."

Terry Coutts adds: "I know first hand that Fidessa Workstation is the product that the market has been waiting for. It combines a transparent pricing model with the accuracy, timeliness, reliability and ease of access to content and as such it satisfies both the business requirements for a cost effective system and the user needs."

Coutts joins a prestigious sales team as Lesley Laws, another business development manager for Fidessa Workstation, has recently won the award for "Best Sales Executive of the Year" at the Systems in the City Awards (2005).
