Following the installation of OnBase, Options set up an in-house support hot line, the Infonet Helpline and on line support for users, which is managed from the Company’s head office in Hounslow. Users are able to ask for advice and help anonymously and know that technical support is always available. This has helped effect the change smoothly and minimised the resistance to new methods that can so often result in slow acceptance of a new system.

Options has been able to cut payroll costs substantially by reducing the staffing levels at branch level. A saving in people hours of up to 4 working days in each branch is realistic.
