SOK CORPORATION OF FINLAND COMPLETES SUCCESSFULLY ACUMEN IMPLEMENTATION

Paris, 6th June 2005

Login SA today announced that SOK Corporation, a member of S Group, has successfully implemented Login-Acumen at its head offices in Helsinki, Finland. Go-live was one month ago.

Login SA is a leading supplier of advanced and integrated front office trading and risk management systems for treasury, derivatives and capital markets instruments. Login’s leading product Login-Acumen is built on 17 years of experience gained with major European Banks and financial institutions.

Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK), founded in 1904, is a leading wholesale and retail company in Finland. As the central organisation of Finish co-operative societies, SOK handles their purchasing and provides support services. Among the numerous S Group brands, one can list S Market - Finland’s largest grocery chain, Prisma hypermarkets, Sokos department stores and hotels, Radisson SAS hotels, Agrimarket for agricultural business, ABC service-station stores and fuel sales network and S-kanava.net for online services.

"Login has a long and significant experience in Finland since it has hit there its very first Bank customer, about 17 years ago" said Patrick Woehrling, co-founder and Managing Director of Login SA. "We are all really proud today – especially David Raffestin who managed this project - to have successfully completed the implementation of Acumen at SOK, Login’s first leading Corporation customer in Finland."

SOK now uses Login-Acumen for the management of their treasury and derivatives activities. Due to the purpose and strategic plans of S Group, their financial activities today require highly sophisticated front, middle-office and risk management software.

"As a chairman of the Steering Committee for the Acumen project, I was happy not to have to intervene, since the project went smoothly during the full implementation period !", stated Jari Annala, VP Finance at SOK, adding that "project costs had been totally kept under-control which is appreciated in this sort of project."

For Seija Ehanti, Head of Back Office and project manager, "Although there was a minor delay in implementation steps initially planned due to customised SAP accounting interfaces, go-live was no stress. I was satisfied with the good co-operation between the SOK team and Login consultants."

Being satisfied with Login-Acumen, SOK already plans to increase its activities managed through Login-Acumen in the next months. Several projects have arisen and will be managed up to the end of 2005. SOK also plans to form a "Finnish Acumen user group" as the number of Acumen users in Helsinki is now important, and everyone can benefit from the experience of the others.
