"The customer has use of available funds in their accounts as soon as they are received and posted at the bank. This Internet Banking Product seamlessly integrates with their current core processing software, hardware and communications lines", added Mr. Shamburger.
Shamburger also noted that the fully transactional site also includes image retrieval as well as the standard IB inquiry, transfers, loan payments, financial downloads and account histories.
Randy Mayor, CFO First State Bank, validated the On Line Real Time advantage by saying "The DEBS Internet Banking platform follows our model to utilize the best technology available to provide timely and accurate information to our customers". Mayor was impressed with the accuracy and said, "I used my debit card to pay for lunch and the transaction, with detailed description, had posted to my Internet Banking account. I was able to view it on my handheld pc before the waitress returned with the check."
He also added that DEBS is instrumental in automating the back office core processing functions at FDSI Data Center. OLRT Internet Banking is solid and the rollout was a non event as far as customers and employees. "Customer calls are minimal and are all giving thumbs up to the new service".
