The event will cover the following issues:
- 24-hour access to portfolio information for clients and staff via the Internet.
- Generating client reports of the highest visual standard.
- Being spontaneous to the changing demands of clients such as tax planning, asset allocation and mandate compliance.
- Automating key business processes such as complex statement production whilst making them available to every department.
Commenting on the event, Tony Adams, Managing Director of the Investment Software Division at WMS said:
'At a time when the offshore client market place is becoming ever more competitive and clients are demanding more accountability from their investment manager, it is essential that investment organisations have the appropriate tools in place to deliver exceptional levels of client service and maximize client retention - whilst at the same time out-performing the competition.'
'During the course of this informal, lunchtime event, investment management personnel from across the Island can learn more about how they can improve their performance and level of client service through utilising the latest software solutions'
WMS has a range of investment management clients on the Isle of Man and representatives from Nedcor Bank and Thomas Miller Investments will be attending the event and will be available for discussion after the main presentation.
