XRT Names J.L. Alarcon General Manager of North American Operations

King of Prussia, Pa, Feb. 23, 2005 - XRT has named J.L. "John" Alarcon general manager of its North American operations. Alarcon will be responsible for overseeing all facets of XRT North American operations, which includes sales, marketing, client services and support.

"John is a leading international authority in the software industry, where he built a solid reputation for delivering unbiased IT advice to the global marketplace. John's extensive senior-level management experience in information technology and financial services is the right combination to guide XRT's North American operations going into 2005 and beyond," said Alain Fraiberger, chairman of XRT. "His extensive financial background and experience in client-focused business development, combined with his commitment to the expansion and enhancement of our solutions ensures that XRT will continue to provide superior products and services."

Alarcon joins XRT from Enterprise Financial Consulting LLP, a financial services firm where he founded and directed the company's IT services. Prior to that, Alarcon served as senior vice president and general manager of META Group, an information technology firm with operations in more than 30 countries. He was also the founder of SPEX, the leading enterprise software evaluation firm that META Group acquired in 2000. He holds an advanced degree from the University of Paris Dauphine (France) and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and graduated from the Columbia University Senior Executive Program.
