Core processing activity for Wings Financial will run on Fidelity's MISER system, an integrated and open solution designed to help mid-tier to large credit unions with complex business and operational needs speed processing, manage workflow and automate many traditional credit union functions. Wings Financial will also deploy MISER Business Intelligence, which places sophisticated analytical capabilities into the hands of every level of the credit union's staff, from the back office to executive management. In addition, Wings Financial will implement MISER Branch Automation, a browser-based solution that will deliver teller, platform, call center and back-office functionality via the credit union's intranet and provide its employees with the ability to view and manage member relationships on an enterprise-wide basis via a single, intuitive user interface. Finally, Fidelity will deliver integrated MISER CRM capabilities--complete with contact, prospect, referral, sales and campaign management tools--to help Wings Financial maximize the lifetime value of member relationships.
