NASDAQ DATA PRODUCTS NOW AVAILABLE TO THE RADIANZ COMMUNITY

NEW YORK (February 1, 2004) - Radianz, the leading global provider of financial connectivity services, today announced that the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ; OTCBB: NDAQ) has made its market data products available to customers via Radianz’s shared market infrastructure. Now, through a Radianz connection, customers using the NASDAQ Market Center SM to trade NASDAQ-listed securities can also gain access to NASDAQ TotalView SM, NASDAQ Quotation Dissemination ServiceSM (NQDS) and Level 1SM.

Radianz offers flexible and reliable access to all NASDAQ market data and trading. Products now available via RadianzNet include:

TotalView – provides the aggregated size of all quotes and orders available for execution for every price level in the NASDAQ Market Center for each NASDAQ National Market and SmallCap stock.

NQDS – also known as Level 2, NQDS displays the best bid and offer available from each NASDAQ market participant, as well as the NASDAQ inside price for each NASDAQ National Market and SmallCap stock.

Level 1 – provides National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) quotations, UTP participant best bid and offer quotations, and last sale data for NASDAQ-listed issues. Level 1 also carries intraday NASDAQ index values and OTCBB quotation data.

Additionally, Radianz now has available the following NASDAQ feeds: NASDAQ Index Dissemination ServiceSM (NIDS), Mutual Fund Data ServiceSM (MFDS), Bulletin Board Dissemination ServiceSM (BBDS), Trade Data Dissemination Service (TDDS), Net Order Imbalance SnapshotSM (NOIS), and NASDAQ OpenView SM.

"With the increasing proliferation of market data, financial firms are increasingly looking to receive their data over a shared market infrastructure," said Rob Hegarty, Vice President, Securities & Investments at TowerGroup. "Shared infrastructure reduces costs, and a managed solution allows firms to concentrate on their core investment and trading operations rather than on ancillary activities such as managing ticker plants."

Chris Church, EVP of strategic client development at Radianz, added, "New regulations, quantitative trading strategies, and decimalization have vastly increased the amount of quote and trade data generated in recent years. This has put enormous stress on the market data systems of both investment firms and broker-dealers alike. By adding the NASDAQ market data products to its existing NASDAQ trading connection, Radianz is providing its user community with access to a fully-managed solution to this market data challenge."
