2004 marks the fifth year that Odyssey has carried out its annual Client Survey. At the close of the survey, responses from 81 participants were collected, representing 41 financial institutions, based in 12 different countries. The survey was available on paper and on-line through the Internet. Account Managers were encouraged to hold direct interviews with customers in order to obtain maximum qualitative feedback as the survey was completed
