ST PETERSBURG, FLA, April 5, 2005âIn the creative environment of Walt Disney World, a new board will meet to discuss the frank realities of todayâs business landscapeâone where advanced reporting requirements and other challenges call for better use of information technology. Sales force automation, integrated financial transaction processing, and collaboration among partners and customers will be on the agenda as Cyence International hosts its first ExpressOSTM Customer Advisory Board meeting. The meeting will be held April 24-26 at the Swan Lake Resort in Orlando.
Cyence wants to hear from executives and senior managers whose business is supported by Cyenceâs flagship product, ExpressOS. The meeting will feature roundtable discussions to share best practices, new product development needs, and ways to improve commercial equipment lease and loan processes.
David Boswell of Deloitte will facilitate a discussion on the impact of new business reporting requirements and on obstacles large enterprises are experiencing today as they strive for greater collaboration across ever more distributed working networks.
David Smith, a Cyence product development manager, will lead a workshop on ExpressOS functions, and George Hart of Deloitte will cover the value proposition of ExpressOS.
ExpressOS is a collaborative Web-based financial workflow system designed to power front-office workflow, from origination through credit and booking processes. It easily integrates with any back-office accounting system.
"Cyence continually strives to be a leading-edge technology provider," says Greg McIntosh, President of Cyence. "We are always looking for new ways of ensuring that our products and services enable our customers to truly collaborateâwith their customers, partners, and internal teams."
McIntosh will kick off the board meeting at 8:30 a.m. on April 24 and invite all participants to stay on for a customer appreciation dinner and illumination show that same evening.
