Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. Chooses Chesapeake System Solution's Treasury Suite of Software

OWINGS MILLS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2005--Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. parent of Arby's, LLC - the franchisor of restaurant brands Arby's(R), T.J. Cinnamons(R) and Pasta Connection(R)

- recently upgraded its treasury operations with the purchase of Total Reconciliation Solution (T-Recs(R)) and SmartAnalysis(R).

The combined packages will be used to automate the reconciliation process at Arby's company-owned stores consisting of 233 restaurants in 9 states. Working together, the programs provide automated daily on-line reconciliation of cash deposits and credit and gift card transactions, as well verify fees and charges on every bank account used to manage the transactions.

T-Recs, a powerful reconciliation software package, automates the tedious error-prone process of reconciling accounts by hand by affording customers a comprehensive flow from matching through to resolution. The extensive exception management features assist management in maintaining current and complete audit trails and support for compliance with government mandates, such as Sarbanes-Oxley. SmartAnalysis, a commercial bank fee analysis program, allows users to quickly identify and correct errors in commercial banking fees and compare rates between banks. Both programs run on a familiar windows-style interface that make them easy to learn and easy to use.
